Face mask with turmeric is really effective for skin whitening and marks removing.

Mix 1 tsp of lemon juice with 2 tsp of gram flour and 1 pinch of turmeric powder, just enough to form a thin paste. Apply the paste on face, neck and hands and wash it off when dried.

1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and one tablespoon of honey can also be used just like to improve skin tone. Afterwards, you may scrub a cotton ball soaked in milk to take out the yellow tinge associated with turmeric.

Orange peels can be dried at home by placing them under the sun. Dry those until they turn crisp and store in an air-tight box

Another way to make a pack for skin whitening is take one spoon each of milk, honey and lemon juice, and mix them to make a paste of smooth consistency.
