Instructions
  1. Beat 4 eggs in a bowl and add salt.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat with olive oil.
  3. Add few chopped onions and green chillies and sauté for one minute.
  4. Add the beaten eggs mixture. Sprinkle one-fourth portion each of mushrooms, red bell pepper and mixed sprouts and make the omelet.
  5. Serve hot and repeat to make other omelets
