  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water according to the directions given on the packet. Drain and place it into the pot
  2. To make the sauce, mix the flour with 1 cup milk and stir until it is completely dissolved.
  3. In a large non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil over a medium heat. Add garlic cloves and cook for few seconds until they're golden brown. Add the flour-milk mixture and bring the mixture to boil, stirring continuously.
  4. Reducing the heat, add salt, pepper, remaining milk, and cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
  5. Add the prepared sauce and 1 tablespoon of parsley leaves to the pasta and toss to mix.
  6. Serve pasta in plates with the remaining parsely.
