Instructions
  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and blend them into a consistent mixture
  2. Heat olive oil in a nontsick pan and add the egg mixture into it. Stir the eggs on a medium heat untill they are srambled and cooked. Keep it aside.
  3. Chop the salmon into large cubes and kale into bite sized pieces.
  4. Heat coconut oil in nontick skillet and add the kale into it. Fry for few minutes untill kale is cooked.
  5. Once the kale is cooked and crisp, add the egg scramble, lemon pepper and salmon cubes into it.
  6. Mix all the ingredients well and serve with toast.
