Soy flour – 1 cup
Mashed potatoes – 1 cup
Sago – half cup (soaked & drained)
Green Chilli Peppers – 2
Salt – 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Cornflour – 1 tbsp
Cilantro – half cup
All-purpose white flour (for coating)
Combine everything except for the white flour.
Add water so that the mixture binds together.
Make round patties.
Use all-purpose white flour to coat all your patties.
Shallow fry in a non-stick skillet.
